Bicycles were in short supply during the summer of 2020. However, Chain Reaction came through for me. I was able to purchase the two bikes I needed for family members. CR cut the handle bars to suit the riders, and spend the time to ensure that the seat height, etc was set properly, and explained WHY things were set the way they were. A great experience and I recommend the business wholeheartedly.
Very friendly staff, Lesley taught me how to replace the inner tube and was super nice. Explained everything and went out of her way to help me. 10/10 will recommend.
