Very Very Good experience.. They helped source the specialized walker my wife required. They are patient, careful and do a good job. If you have special mobility needs they are the folks you should see.

We had an excellent experience with Access Abilities . My wife needed a replacement mobility scooter for her 10 year old scooter. We purchased a new scooter with assistance from Aaron . The delivery was on schedule and Tom did a great job in briefing us on the scooter features. The only issue was the comfort of the seat which was not as padded or comfortable as the old scooter ( newer scooter models have gone to a new seat design ) . My wife's idea was to exchange the new scooter seat with the old one . Aaron arranged for Mike to come out and replace the new seat with the old one and we are keeping the new seat as a spare. Access Abilities were great to work with - unlike two other mobility companies we have dealt with in the past . Their customer service went above and beyond and we would recommend this company to anyone looking for great service.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Pleasant to deal with, not at all pushy. The store was well stocked with a variety of products and decent quantities. It's well laid out so it's easy to see what's available and find what you're looking for. Overall we liked it much better than the chain-store home health care store we visited earlier. Access Abilities had better selection, better staff, and comparable prices (prices for these types of products are government regulated apparently).

When you need help, accessibility is there with beds, chairs, lifts and much more. Rental is available, with an option to buy. Staff was very helpful during difficult discussions.
