I have been looking for a new espresso machine for some time and in addition to narrowing down the machine I wanted, I was also trying to narrow it down to the vendor. Coming from a small town, and especially in the midst of the pandemic, I recognized I would be likely buying online but knowing this was a larger purchase, I wanted to pick a vendor that would be responsive, knowledgable and offer great service. Espresso Planet was that vendor - my initial, out-of-the-blue questions about the product were answered quickly and knowledgeably by Amanda. The addressed my apprehension about initial purchase by taking the step of bench testing the machine prior to shipping and all told, it arrived after bench testing within three business days of my order, at no cost. Subsequent questions and follow up were handed incredibly rapidly. Having made a lot of online purchases in my life, and especially recently, it is unfortunate to say but this level of exceptional service is literally the exception. It is also great to see this quality coming from a small, specialized retailer. These will be my go-to coffee guys from now on!

A coffee lovers paradise I must say. Good selection of machines and coffees. Easy to find and ample parking. Very helpful and pleasant staff who takes time to explain. If I had a coffee need I would go here. The name says it all. In addition to the coffes you have a great selection of flavoured syrups and chocolate that can be used in ur coffee. Go there and enjoy the selection on offer if something you want is not there ask and I am sure they will guide you.

Great and efficient service! Whenever I called for questions prior to the purchase of the ECM Mechanika slim, all the staff where very helpful. Special mention to Anthony in the whole process, I received the espresso machine in 36 hours, perfectly packed and I’m just in love with it since!

Terrible customer service. I wanted to encourage small business over Amazon but obviously you don't get the same level of service... I purchased a cleaning disc and added a small accessory (only to get free shipping). Without any notice, they only sent the small accessory with a note in the box saying: Cleaning Disc out of stock. Customer service didn't reach out to ask me what I wanted to do about this situation. When calling them, they implied that such a basic outreach/communication with the customer was not their policy; that I must only want half my order. Very frustrating that after waiting 2 weeks for my order, I still don't have the cleaning disc, I am stuck with an accessory (which I must pay shipping fees to get reimbursed) and have been poorly treated by customer service. Do not recommend.
