I brought my Delonghi Icona espresso maker in to be repaired as it was leaking all over the place. It's a cheaper machine but I'm quite attached to it and even though I had bought it for around 150 on eBay the cost to replace it is almost 400. Thanks to Espresso Dolce, for 60 it is back up and running like a charm. I also picked up a huge 2lb bag of their signature espresso beans for 30, which are excellent. The staff are very polite and professional. Great experience.

Amazing and friendly customer service!.. So excited!! We just picked up a Jura A1 and Jura Milk Frother from their new Langley location. We were impressed with the different machines they carried & knowledgeable staff. Overall it was a wonderful experience and appreciated being invited to their Grand Opening in a couple of weeks. Thank you for the free 2 LB bag of coffee beans too!

Came across a add on Kijiji and google. The grinder was marked down. Went to purchase and at the checkout it was a different price. Called the store and they would not honour the price or support a discount. Then hung up on me. Just unreasonable. This makes me think twice about online shopping. We are all violated with adds constantly and just shows you never know who’s on the other end.

Had a very poor experience. I purchased a coffee machine on their website about a week ago and received a confirmation email, and the money was charged on my credit card (just shy of 2,500). Days go by and I receive no further communication or shipping confirmation. I try to track my order in the Shop app and it still says \order placed\. I follow the link in my email to their website, and the website is then password protected (?). I find another website with a similar domain name with the same phone number that I called prior to placing my order, and see that it has a completely different look. The machine I purchased is 400 more expensive. I call the store to receive clarity on my order and am told that the website I had ordered from was in beta testing and the order should have never gone through. I was informed my order had been cancelled. This is extremely unprofessional as 1) I never received notice that my order was cancelled, 2) I never received notice of a granted refund up until I called (6 days later), 3) the machine is 400 more expensive and I was told the price I acquired it for would not be honoured. I was told that IF the machine is honoured at the original price when the website is relaunched, I will be notified. I was very excited for my first coffee machine investment and I felt absolutely double-crossed and deceived by the entire process.... disappointing. I will take my business elsewhere.

I've been tremendously happy for years! They are reliably quick on their orders - I never have to stock too many beans nor have I had any delays that left me coffee-less for even a day.
