Fast and professional service , my company set up an in-person assessment . Sean who handled my appointment schedule was very accommodating with scheduling. I felt comfortable with Sheldon who came to do my assessment as he followed distancing and wore a mask. He was very professional, answered all questions. The assessment is very detailed they even take a picture to show you the difference on your posture. I definitely recommend it for every struggling with working from home with inadequate equipment
If you are looking for a company that will not only fit your employees with the equipment they need but teach them the proper methods to use them AND sincerely care about their individual needs then THIS is the company for you. My consultant Sheldon went above and beyond his mandate. He was professional but at the same time showed me compassion about my personal medical issues. The ergonomist I met was Sheldon Smit, he was very thorough in his assessment and his advices were informative. He taught me how to use the diffirent features on my ergonomic chair that I didn't even know were there, and gave me some good hints about posture and position. I really enjoy this quick session and will apply all his suggestions in the near future and see how it goes. Thanks again for this good work, the process is easy and fast. Just what I needed. :)
Attended a workplace ergonomics virtual seminar, focused on ergonomics for working from home. I was able to learn about the causes of discomforts and make some easy adjustments, that I am already feeling the benefits of. Thank you!
