‘Seamless’ and super friendly. Was a little stressed about going in for my wedding suit but the experience felt like I was hanging out with my friends at well tailored bar. I recommend this place highly.

We had such great service, they really made my son and I feel comfortable. Offered great selections and was very helpful. Reasonable price for a custom suit. Really makes it affordable for graduates who have never owned a suit before. Well done!
Can't begin to tell you how great these guys are. I had a sizing issue come up and this company went above and beyond to resolve the issue and ensure that I was satisfied with my order (this included replacing shirts). I will never throw away 100 on a department store dress shirt again. Hit up Eph for amazing, custom fitted shirts with great prices. The difference between an EPH shirt or suit vs. department store products will astound you. Big 5 stars from me.
I was a groomsman in a wedding and required shirt (and tie) and pants to be fitted for the wedding. Customer service here was great in store. The original fitting session was great and they were able to make time for me to come in dispite me forgetting to make an appointment initially. Where this store lacks is in follow up on the completion of the orders. Granted our order for the a bit under a time crunch (we still had a 6-8 week wait which is expected for custom tailored items). When the orders did come in, originally the groomsmen did not receive their ties. Which was to be included in the initial order. Second, one of the groomsman got their final adjustments made on the wrong shirt. So a follow up appointment had to be made to get this resolved. These maybe minor issues but they still sour an experience overall. Attention to these minor details can make or break a retail experience especially for a wedding arrangement.
NEVER buy a suit from EPH apparel! Their suits are the perfect combination of poor quality materials and complete incompetency in every aspect of tailoring. The customer service is also very resistant to admitting their mistake and more importantly, refunding your purchase price. I went in to be measured by their travelling tailor for my brother's wedding approaching in two and a half months. It took them 2 months to make a 3-piece suit that was a horrible fit in every way. The sleeve was extremely short (SEE ATTACHED PHOTO) and the shoulders were too broad. The best thing I can say is that the jacket was only slightly too long. The level of mediocrity displayed by their \professional\ tailors is appalling! When I contacted them about them about this, they tried to delegate their poor workmanship as \part of the process of getting a tailored suit\ and recommended I get the adjustments done at a local shop they recommend. The local shop said that the suit was unfix able! Had an absolutely horrid experience! I ended up returning the suit and buying one off the rack (which fit like a glove compared to the workmanship of Eph Apparel). All in all, EPH is perfect for those who wish to waste both their money and time on a suit that has a horrible fit and will arrive late. Apart from causing this inconvenience, the customer service did not even have the decency to cover the shipping cost.
