Considering the sheer amount of power failures in this service area, due to \Scheduled Maintenance\ I wonder why most of the customers of this Utility never know that the power is going to be shut off for 6 hours almost every weekend? Perhaps the concept of Customer Service and communication should be taught at their next staff meeting. If I had a choice I'd use a different Utility company.... If you live in this service area, get a generator!
