Martin and Joseph were kind enough to arrive early. Both very friendly and professional. They are great at what they do and extremely precise. Moving a massive, 60 gallon water tank is not easy but they were patient and precise. Did not damage any of our property. Overall an excellent experience and I would highly recommend their services to all!

Rockstar's !! Matt & Kyle came to replace my Hot Water Tank that was leaking. Normally this is straight forward, however many year back my basement was finished not taking into consideration of the vent pipes. I had the old black pipe which now does not meet code and needed to be replaced with the white pipes. Matt and Kyle worked as a team to figure out the best approach to minimize damage to my basement and the existing drywall, they could've walked away from this, but they DID NOT !! they worked till they got the job done. I cannot thank them enough for the EXCELLENT TEAM WORK & Service they provided to us !! Amazing job Matt & Kyle, Thank you, Thank you & Thank you !!!

This morning Robert from Enercare replaced a couple of parts in our toilet. He was punctual, polite and extremely professional during his time working on our plumbing issue. I would highly recommend Enercare and especially Robert to my family and friends. He also was very patient and knowledgeable while explaining the work that was needed to be completed. Samuel was a breath of fresh air. He arrived in 15 minutes from when he called - which is exactly when he indicated he would on the phone. He was very polite and considerate throughout his time here and incredibly knowledge. He was able to explain things about our unit - to my wife and I - that we weren’t previously aware of. Samuel offered some great everyday advice, in the context of maintaining or preserving our furnace for as long as possible. And even beyond that, he was just pleasant to speak with. Great experience! Would highly recommend.
