We required some plumbing repairs at our house and Chris C did a wonderful job. He was very fast, efficient and thorough with the repair. He explained to us the steps he would take and the parts he would use to complete the repair. Chris explained any costs ahead of time before he proceeded with the work. Dan attended our home for our furnace maintenance and was very informative in regard to the condition of our older furnace. A great personality giving us some laughs which was so needed during this long pandemic. Thanks Dan! Chris attended earlier in the day and cleaned our ducts. Certainly appreciated his call to let us know he would arrive in an hour. He explained how the cleaning was done. Chris laid down a tarp and covered his boots before walking through the house. In over 20 plus years, never had a problem,always there when needed. Andrew Thompson was my technician for the yearly furnace maintenance. He called to inform me time of arrival, was prompt, polite & efficient. I feel he went beyond what was called for. I was concerned about the hot water tank & he answered my questions. Very pleased.
