Nibbler of Essen

They have a dang tasty bubble waffle unique in flavor and squishy inside and crispy outside. Their galaxy drinks also taste great and fresh with lots of real passion fruit bits. Beautiful drink to look at. Worth trying. The other reviews confuse me... Had it for breakfast today and it was a great treat!

Waited 20 minutes for two drinks and they didn’t even get one of the drinks right. Ordered a pudding milk tea. Got a roasted milk tea with herbal jelly? Also ordered a bubble waffle which they didn’t even start until after we got our drinks.

Very bad! If I could give no star I would. First of all they missed our orders twice! It was simply just a regular milk tea and a taro milk tea and we waited over 30 mins for them. It wasn’t busy at all!! Secondly the milk tea tasted awful.. overly sweeten artificially even I asked for less sweet. The pearls are sour and not even chewy! Will never return

We ordered a yakult green tea and they mentioned they might not have had enough green tea, but insisted they had afterwards. The green tea sediment says it all.

1 Star for effort and having friendly staff. 1 star for trying hard in attempting to fit in with the brown sugar milk tea popularity. Unfortunately, it didn't taste good. Their brown sugar milk tea is no where near the authentic ones from Taiwan, or even the other bubble tea shops in Richmond. Maybe try something else if you're going there!

New store! Grand opening! Best milk tea drinks ever, and service was nice. Highly recommend this place to friends and families. Prices are reasonable, drinks are tasty and worth the buck. Not too much ice and not too sweet. Would definitely come again!

The milk tea here is pretty good and tasted just as expected. Prices are pretty reasonable and the staffs seem pretty nice. Definitely will come back! Highly recommended!
