Fantastic staff and very helpful. I orderd my Hornet X thru the phone on Wednesday and they called today saying it was ready to be delivered and had it from the Mississauga location to my home in Oakville in a couple of hours. And you cant beat that there made in Canada.

Overall good! Feels costly at times but worth it given the expertise that have! I just hope they respond in a better way when customers are waiting at the entrance for considerable times
I own an Emmo bike for over a year now.It was possibly one of the best investments I made in a long time. I did extensive research and think that in the Canada, Emmo possibly offers the best products line. The bike had a minor issue that was resolved the next day and made it well through the winter.
Merissa was very helpful. My ebike (not originally from emmo) required repair and they not only fixed it quickly (next day) but also gave me the old part that was replaced and all with a smile and reasonable price. Will definitely recommend to friends!!
Beautiful green Emmo Zone GTS ebike. Service was great especially during the pandemic. Very pleased.
