Best experience I have ever had. Everyone was amazing. The confidence and reassurance I felt the whole time is unmatched. No pressure or hassle. Just felt like home. Didn't feel like a wait. Felt like I was buying from old friends. HIGHLY recommend Jay, The amazing salesman. Kyle, The hilarious and great manager. Found a used vehicle we were interested in, and the dealership was very helpful with great service. Our salesperson was Joey and he was great! Sales Manager Naomi and Kevin in Finance also provided great customer service. Very personable. Used vehicle showroom is indoors, which was also nice.

I was so impressed with Northside Mitsubishi as soon as I was in contact with the sales manager Kyle (Daime was also fantastic to deal with.) They offer amazing customer service and were very personable. The team at this dealership were so easy to deal with. I didn't feel pressure to buy but knew they wanted to help. I drove from another end of the city rather than my local dealer! All around impressed with their team and highly recommend!

Friendly staff, get the work done, and identify when something is under warranty or recall notice. Used to take my car into a Mitsubishi shop in another part of town, but these guys are the best. Will always bring my car here.
