Excellent service and support over 15 years, although our Minolta printers have required minimal maintenance. Technicians are top-notch, service is always very fast and properly done. I would highly recommend Konica Minolta if you are looking for enterprise class service and support.

My work bought only Konica Minolta photocopiers and they are a nightmare: They constantly jam, our key cards never work, printing a document takes forever to spool, and you can't release a print job so that its done by the time you get to the machine. I would never suggest them to anyone. Go with Xerox!
