Do not purchase anything from Flaman Fitness. Somehow, my previous one star review was deleted. It's funny how management would rather hide the problem, rather than reach out to their customers to try and rectify bad service. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever received in my life, and I feel it should be known to anyone who shops here. I ordered a squat rack, lat pulldown attachment, and a set of weights back in August of 2020. It's been more than 24 weeks since I've placed my order, and I have been repeatedly given the run-around by the sales staff. Here is a list of all of the excuses I've gotten during my numerous attempts to get an ETA on my order: -Short Shipping -Drugs were found inside of equipment, causing a delay -Racketeering and \pirates\ at the port -product manufacturing being indefinitely \paused\, despite the items I ordered still being available on their website Not to mention, the partial shipment that I did pick up was absolutely disgusting. The items that did ship were covered with dust and dirt - almost as if they'd been sitting in the back corner of a warehouse for years. Nobody from Flaman has attempted to reach out to me, give me an order status update, or even provide a discount, credit, or coupon during the entire 24 weeks I've been waiting for my order to arrive. Do. Not. Shop. Here.
