Slow, left us sitting for 25 minutes while waiting for road test results we were told would take 5. But they didn’t say they would be emailed. Arrogant and no sense of urgency or customer concern is how I would describe their attitude.

I had an amazing experience here. It was Saturday, and my normal registries in Leduc was closed. I drove to Ellerslie out of necessity, and I'm glad I did. The lady welcomed my right away. She was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Our entire visit lasted only 5 minutes. She made my day, and was polite and friendly. In the future, I would consider making the drive from Leduc again, voluntarily, to use their services. Absolutely astounded. Fantastic employees, who weren't bitter about having to work on a Saturday. Remember, Come in with a smile on your face, be polite, try to make their day. They are there to serve us, it's the least we can do. Happiness and positivity are contagious.

Today I went to Ellerslie Registry to have my road test for class 5. The car I rented from the driving school had a broken light apparently. It was the small back light in the middle that you don’t really use in the day. So I called a relative to come over and lend me their car. (I’m getting a refund for the car rental so that’s one good thing.) The examiner was very impatient even though my relative was less than 7 minutes away. She kept on making “tsk” noises and started complaining about how she had another client later. Well...I’m you’re client now? And I paid the same amount. The number of the examiner is 11197. I think her name started with an S (Shahoo/Sahu?). She was very angry and impatient. She even started arguing with my instructor... She was also very quick to judge, as my relative gave her the car’s registry papers, she started claiming that the papers were “illegal documents” when the renewed one was right there...she just rushed through everything and therefore didn’t notice. Anyways, during the road test, she just had very bad energy (the kind that makes you very anxious.) She seemed to also rush the process because she was more concerned with her personal schedule than my actual exam that was happening at the moment. In the end, she told me to reschedule another test. I was fine with the score she gave me, I accept it. But what is not acceptable at all, was the way she handled the situation and the way she treated a paying client. (Might I even add, the way she was towards people who were just trying to help as well such as my instructor and my relative who was kindly lending me a car for the road test. I think this examiner needs to just learn how to be respectful for future test takers.

Waited in line as only one attendant actualy working. Despite having only one person attended. Not friendly service nor knowledgeable.
