I went to Global Fingerprinting Services Canada for FBI ink and roll fingerprinting. Glad that I did! The office is not fancy but has all it takes. Mar was super helpful and kind. He first helped me insert the information on the form. While the paper was printing, he went on to greet another customer in the waiting room. Then, he helped me take the fingerprints- super efficient; it was done as he was chatting with me. He even helped me put the documents in order so they are ready for mailing. Also, the seagull was adorable. I went on to mail the documents, using the secure way as he suggested. I have already received the report within a week (FBI processed it for a few days, so one week is already the quickest humanely possible considering mailing during COVID, etc.). I used other services outside Vancouver before, and Mar's professionalism and friendliness are just superb. Mar's help has made my process of getting the FBI record a breeze. Highly recommended!
