I got a 60 year-old vintage toaster for Christmas, but it had a broken thermostat and would burn the toast. I took it to Dorothy's and they were able to find parts and repair the toaster. What can I say, now it works 3x faster than my old toaster and makes perfect toast every time.
Had our 6 year old microwave fail, hard to replace as it is built in and not easy to match. Did some searching and found out that there are very few and next to no repair shops that have a store front, service guy on staff and the parts in stock. Dropped it off Tuesday, got the call Friday to pick up. would definitely recommend. Thanks

Great people who can pretty much fix anything as long as there's parts available. I've always had a good experience having my stuff repaired here.
Have dealt with this company and staff for a few years now when obtaining parts for appliances that we repair in house and have always be treated with professional respect and they also are able to sell me the parts at a fair price.
