We hired them to perform a simple Makeup Air Unit install and it was done incorrectly. The installers clearly damaged the new unit, and other parts of our facility. It is clear they threw out or ignored the manufacturers instructions. We asked them if they had ever installed this type of unit before and they told us it would not be a problem.

Janine offers excellent customer service and never lets me down.
