I am new to road biking and stopped into Cycle Logic to learn a bit more about the sport and what to look for in a bike. Rich was extremely helpful and went over all the basics that I would be looking for in an entry level bike. After experiencing some sticker shock on new bikes I decided to look at some used bikes. Rich offered to take a look at a used bike I found, he made sure it was good quality for the price and that it was sized right. Rich even checked my boyfriend's bike out for size as well! You could tell that Rich has a passion for the sport and was keen to introduce new people to it! As a first time road bike buyer I could not have done it without the help and support of Rich and Cycle Logic! I know when I am ready to buy my next ew\ bike, Cycle Logic will be my first stop! I would definitely recommend this shop if you are in the market for a road bike.

I brought my road bike there to get a basic tune-up done and I have to say it is the first shop I've been for a long time that actually put some effort on looking after the details. Most places just squeeze the brakes and spin the tires, and call it the day for 150. Given road bikes are like finely-tuned machines, these guys know their stuff.
Rich came highly recommended to me for bike fits and he's exceeded my expectations. He's fit me on my road bike and now my cyclocross bike. He takes the time to get to know you and your goals so you get the most out of your bike. I'm fairly new to cycling so I appreciate his many years of experience and knowledge about the sport. He made some initial adjustments on my road bike and then some follow up tweaks, both of which resulted in measurable power gains. He also suggested a different style of shoe and cleat to me, but I didn't feel any pressure to buy them immediately (but I since have, and am thrilled with them as well). For my cx bike, I might've made the mistake of trying a shorter stem to adjust the reach. Thank goodness I didn't because Rich instead moved my seat up since a shorter stem would've affected the handling capabilities of the bike. His methods of fitting each bike to an individual seem to come intuitively to him. He'll ask you questions about the fit throughout the process, but I always have the impression that he already knows the answers!
