She took the time to answer all the questions we had regarding the different brands and features. Her on the spot knowledge made the process really easy and actually enjoyable. It started with a great sales person, Brett K, on chat. We were able to negotiate a discount on my new stove, and we actually had some fun doing it. The team that delivered the stove were on time, prompt and friendly. The most important part of course, is the stove, and while it's only been a day, it's miles better than our old one. I had a great experience with CAS.

Easy ONLINE chat access. Was able to address any and all my concerns. Short disconnection led to a bit of a wait however was offered an additional warranty for the delay. Delivery setup was smooth and easy and everything leading up to the delivery, removal of existing appliance, and install was pleasant, clean, and easy. Thank you.

All the best about CAS company. After looking for dishwasher in all other stores in Edmonton i could not find dishwasher i was looking for. Delivery date were in moths to wait because of COVID. When i visit CAS store at north Edmonton location, not only they have particular dishwasher available to deliver to me in 4 days but they have discount of 700 cad. My wife and me were shockingly and pleasantly surprised with this company business and relation to customers. Brett Kallio was salesmen and he did amazing job organizing this sale. He made our day , really. Thank you CAS and Brett for outstanding business. You beat that day all other stores by 5 stars quality services. Great business !

Very clean showroom, and well organized. We are very happy we stumbled upon this place after looking at other larger retailers. Our salesman Bill Ball was amazing, friendly, no pressure and great with our son. He was able to get us great deals in a short amount of time. Other places we went, it felt like they were playing games with us, not willing to move on price, or were trying to sneak in extra money on warranties etc. Not Canadian Appliance Source though! They were right upfront with everything and were true to their word on discounts etc. I highly recommend Bill Ball and this company!!
