Fantastic place. Went in for the first time without a clue and was welcomed with open arms. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. They notified me of any issues that would need to be resolved and showed me how to do basic maintenance. They have all the tools you will need and lots of spare parts for sale as well as some accessories. All run by dedicated volunteers. Kudos for your hard work and dedication.

Alex was super helpful with my bike. Folks here are great... and really know their stuff. I'll certainly be using my membership!
WOW! I can't believe I was nervous to go and repair my bike. Going to BikeWorks North was the definition of community building. I arrived as soon as it opened and was shocked with how quickly it filled up. I was amazed by how volunteers showed children how to fix their own bikes and the variety of people coming to learn, fix and engage in the biking community. If don't think you can fix your bike by yourself you are wrong! With the low cost and volunteer support you can do it all yourself for the fraction of the cost and feel empowered at the same time. I did! GO NOW!
Knowledgeable and Friendly Staff. Thanks Johnathan for all the help. Keep up the good work rolling. What an amazing bike for 125.00. I will visit many more time.
Amazing volunteers, loved it here. the spoke program is amazing
very helpful good price got my bike fixed in less than half an hour! shop time very resonable at 8 a hour with the option of becoming a member that cuts that price down to 3 an hour with your yearly membership costing 20 awith it u axis the tools & Shop use Unlimited included. all around if you don't mind getting your hands dirty being a little bit patient well being vocal about needing help definitely the best place to go especially if you're on a tight budget thanks a lot North Edmonton bicycle commuters shop not-for-profit shop made my day!
Very nice experience. I went looking for a freewheel and I spent the whole morning just upgrading my daughter's bike (used parts are inexpensive). I was assisted by Society Volunteers whenever I need it. When I finished I just joined the Society as I definitely will be back. All the necessary tools are available and also several work benches are available to anyone, in exchange you only will need to pay 5 an hour (just 2 bucks if you are member). Also second hand bikes can be bought for very low prices (some very nice oldies to be checked). Different workshops also offered. In short, if you like bikes this is a very recommended place to visit.
The staff are knowlegable and helpful. This is a great community project and I have been there repeatedly working on my bikes and learned ton. I'll keep coming back.
