The staff at this location went above and beyond to help my boss get all of our client Christmas gifts mailed out. They were patient and extremely helpful from start to finish. We would not hesitate to recommend this store for your shipping needs.

Terrible service. Went in to pickup my package but was told my drivers license was not valid id. Was told to instead bring my health card and proof of address like mail with me.makes zero sense to me. How is my health card valid but not my drivers license that already has my address and name on it. associate was rude and didn't explain anything. They didn't even notify me when my package arrived at their facility, I had to constantly check myself. Will not be selecting them for my delivery pickup point ever again. Worst service from a pickup point I have ever received.
