Love F45 Leaside! It is not just a gym, its a place that feels like home! I look forward everyday to the workout because of the friendly atmosphere, excellent trainers and supportive members. I also love that every workout is different. Its the type of gym that makes a difference for positive health changes. I currently am motivated by the F45 8-week Challenge. The meals are yummy and the team challenges are a great motivation.
I have tried a lot of gyms and various workouts - F45 is convenient and there are a ton of classes To fit in your workout. The trainers really know what they are doing and everyone is part of the team. The equipment and gym is nice and the workouts are varied and really well thought out. They are always there to answer your questions and modify and exercise if you need that done and to motivate you and help you with any thing you might need help with. I was actually going to three or four different places trying to get an all inclusive experience and I couldn’t find it all within one place but F45 really covers it all. So happy I gave it a try - and I’m excited to see the changes for summer. Great experience - maybe a bit more than a standard gym but you get what you pay for and worth F45 they certainly give you that extra that makes a huge difference
I've been going to F45 Leaside for about a month now. It has definitely been the most positive gym experience I've ever had. I've gone to Goodlife and similar gyms in the past but never enjoyed it or felt it to be a very encouraging environment. In comparison, at F45 Leaside I find everyone, from trainers to other gym members, to be very supportive, encouraging, and non-judgmental. It makes me want to go and keep coming back. Kevin and his team of trainers are excellent. I would highly recommend this F45 location to anyone.
Best fitness decision I ever made. Classes fly by, allow me to adjust the intensity to meet my skill level, but also push me and give me a workout better than I have ever experienced. Amazing instructors and the classes are all prepared for me upon arrival. I just show up and do my best! Thx Kevin and team for all the great work. Highly recommended F45 Leaside to all!
