Had them come and check out my dryer as it was making some rumbling noise and they fixed it the first 15 min being here. Very professional and the service they provided to fix my dryer was outstanding. I will recommend anyone that has any appliances problem to call earl e Austin. They weren’t as expensive as what I was thinking, as I never used there service and wasn’t sure exactly how much they would charge. Now my dryer works so much better and I can barely hear it. Thanks so much Earl E Austin I will be using your service again if I have any further and future problems and I recommend anyone to do the same.

They're okay, until they don't know how to fix something; then they just don't return your calls. We have a Samsung fridge that has been giving us problems. Earl E. Austin's came out three times and did different fixes. None were permanent. Now they won't return our calls. That's no service at all.
