I made an order on a Saturday to have flowers delivered on the following Monday. I filled out the online form with all of the required info. The owner proceeded to call me 4 times in the next 2 days to confirm the info that I had already entered. Then she told me at 6pm the night before the delivery day that she couldn’t process my Visa Debit card. Needless to say I cancelled the order and will never offer them my business again. Brutal
I felt taken advantage of after my recent interaction. Purchased roses that were old and on their way out, charged for 17 while I was given 16, along with hidden fees they failed to discuss with me.
