Chefs Fraser Macfarlane and Georgina Mitropoulos use local ingredients to create contemporary French cuisine in a sophisticated environment.Since opening in May 2010, Quatrefoil Restaurant has been named among the top 10 Best New Restaurants in Canada by enRoute Magazine, and the Top 10 Best New Restaurants by Toronto Life. Fraser and Georgina met while employed at Toronto's Scaramouche Restaurant. The two chefs then went to London, England in search of new styles and experiences. While there, the pair trained at some of Europe's top Michelin-starred establishments. Now at home at Quatrefoil Restaurant, the couple find inspiration in the best local products to create superb seasonal menus. Their approach is to refine flavours through technique and let the ingredients stand on their own.

I had a small elopement on October 23rd and celebrated with our 9 party members at Quatrefoil for dinner. Service was absolutely impeccable - I so desperately wish I remembered the name of the woman who served us. She was attentive and kind and extremely professional. Dinner and drinks were amazing. We had a 2016 Gewurztraminer that we fell in love with, and when the restaurant ran out of bottles, they recommended a substitute and provided it for the same price. Truly a class act. Dinner was outstanding - although I knew we wouldn't have any issues in this department. We were sat in a small private room which was perfect so that we weren't in the way of others and that we could celebrate together in an intimate fashion.They also provided glasses of Moscato for all on the house at the end of the evening. What a wonderful way to wrap it all up. If you're thinking of celebrating any occasions at Quatrefoil - just jump the gun and do it. You will be absolutely taken care of. They allowed me to bring in a wedding cake from outside as well. 10/10 experience, thank you for being a part of my wedding!

Great special night out for my 50th birthday. Great selection of locally sourced, exceptionally prepared favorites and surprises! Friendly knowledgeable staff to top off the experience. It's pricey, but worth the experience for the artwork, flavourful reductions, or creative flares any foodie would appreciate! I went for a seafood pairing with Tuna Carpaccio and the arctic char and my wife had the Buratta peaches and Tofu Schnitzel in the photos.

Very neat and welcoming spot. They provide big meals and for reasonable rates. We liked the food very much and the waiters were super personal and chatty. Recommended.

Excellent restaurant. First thing, proper Covid procedures are followed. The food is presented very well and taste delicious. The steak was coooked perfectly. I would definitely recommend it for a romantic date.
