Ok customer service. No follow up. I bought a bike from this store and wanted to do some parts upgrade along the way. I want this shop to be my go-to store in the future. I sent them email about the parts I want and Chad gave me a quote on how much it will be. I replied back saying that ok, let me send the money so he can order the parts but he never get back to me. That's it. That will be my last visit to the shop. Buy the bike and go. I went to other shop and now have my go-to store. I really wanted to recommend this shop to my friends specially who are in Hamilton area but I can't.

My first interaction with Scott & Chad was incredibly positive. Scott spent close to an hour on the phone with me, and took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for before making his recommendations. His genuine interest and thoughtful feedback left me feeling confident in my decision to purchase a specific bike through Dundas Speed Shop (which is an hour drive from me) instead of my local dealer.
