The railing was of excellent quality, and was produced to the design shown in my sketch in a reasonable length of time (34 days). The price was 1000 less than the price quoted by Karel's Wrought Iron in Trenton.
Would love to give this company a good review but it seems as though they don’t really want my business seeing that they didnt respond to my quote request last year even when I called them and was told i would have someone contact me in a few days and nothing. Now again I submit a quote request and still no response one week later \u200d️.
We hired Dufferin Iron recently to add a railing to our newly renovated front porch. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. Desiree answered all of my questions throughout the quoting process, as did Dennis when we went to visit the shop to see their product in person. Their railings are high quality and look great, and cover a variety of styles whether you're looking for something classic or something more modern. After Dennis gave us a rough quote, he came out (showing up when he said he would) and measured our porch. He took the time to point out possible weak points in our stone work that could lead to cracks/breakage when drilling during the final installation, and suggested alternate arrangements that might help minimize the risk of a crack or a break in our stone. Our railing was then manufactured and installed on time by a team of nice guys who also answered any lingering questions we had.
