First time having Dows out to our house. We only just moved back to the area a year ago. AC wasn't running the way I thought it should and I panicked with the heat wave we're having. They came out at 9pm on a Friday night were here over an hour and extremely informative. Rates are far less than I expected. We'll definitely be using Dows for our furnace and AC maintenance.

The WORST service ever! Tech came in said I cant work on this its too old tagged the furnace and left. 6 weeks to get a quote that required me to follow up many many times, only to wait 5 months to receive the first bill to be told its past due. Beyond disappointed and would never recommend ever!!!!!!
