Great service. Quick repair on my loafers (1 day service). Very competitive pricing. A great spot if you work and live downtown.

I requested a strap added to my boot, to help keep my heel secure. He listened carefully so he could understand what I was trying to explain. It turned out very well, for a very reasonable price. My boots weren't ready when he said they would be, because he was waiting for parts, and he didn't call me to tell me. I would definitely recommend his work, but it might not hurt to call ahead when you're going to pick-up.

The first couple times I've had them do any alterations to my clothes I've been happy with the work. However, my last two visits have been quite disappointing. The stitch on one of my shirts was falling apart and was crooked and jagged. This happened on two separate ocassions. While their location is convenient downtown my disappointment in the work will have me going elsewhere for clothing alterations.

When I need any tailoring done, I actually look forward to having an excuse to go here. It's such an incredibly warm & friendly environment, I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. Really convenient downtown location, and rates are very reasonable. Thank you for such fast and professional service.

I dropped off a pair of Filson Mackinaw wool bibs that had a small tear in the leg. I was hesitant to bring this garment to a tailor in the first place since they are uncommon and expensive. My other option was to mail them back to the company in Seattle. I picked up the bibs and could not be more pleased. I had to search for a few minutes to locate where the tear even was. It would be impossible for anyone else to find. A repair via mail would have cost me 150 and a month's time, at least. I walked out today having spent less than 10. I will definitely take any of my clothing in need of repair back here in the future.
