We had a humidifier system installed by Ado today. What a great experience. We encountered a few mechanical issues due to the way that our furnace was installed before our purchase of the home. No matter what Ado came across he was professional and offered Solutions. Ado was efficient and got everything set up and optimized for us without disruption to our day. Our technicians used safe covid protocols at all times with masks and distancing. We really felt safe and comfortable. Pricing was right on the button from initial estimates even with some additional work being required. Great value for the work provided. Thank you for amazing work and service!

The whole process was smooth, professional and well-communicated. The salesperson took the time to understand our needs, and thoroughly checked to see how he could help. The installation crew was very courteous, and took care of our home during the time they were here. Then we received a thank you box a few weeks later, and that was like the icing on the cake. It was a great experience dealing with Donaldson. Very helpful in guiding us through our choices so we could make an informative one. The technicians did a fantastic job. It was a hard day of work and they didn’t leave until we were explained how to use the new thermostat and showing how the new system works. Great customer service! Would highly recommend them.
My furnace broke down at 3pm on Thursday. I started shopping around. I contacted Donaldson at 10pm Thursday night. They made arrangements for Gary to come see me for 9am the next morning! Gary gave me an honest quote and let me think about my options. The prices were better and they were more transparent about the equipment than others. I did not feel pressured at all; apart from my lack of heating. I had Warren and Devon show up by 11am! They installed my furnace and thermostat, answered all my questions, followed all COVID protocols, and were so professional. All done by 6pm Friday (less than 24hrs from when I called!). They are coming back Monday to finish installing my AC. I could not have asked for a better value and service. Thanks Gary, Warren and, Devon!
I called Donaldson when my furnace wasn’t working because they had done work at my workplace. The staff member who was sent out to look at it, Alissa, was polite and explained everything in terms I could understand. This was a Saturday afternoon. My 40 year old furnace needed to be replaced, and staff member Dave helped do a full audit of what my house needed and gave me many options for price points based on my needs. Again, he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was friendly and helpful. I was kindly left with space heaters to keep the place warm until my new furnace was being installed Monday. Staff members Pat and... another gentleman who’s name I missed (sorry!), were friendly, polite, and did a great job installing my new furnace, air filter, thermostat, and air conditioner. My house was left clean and before they left, everything about my new system was fully explained. I’m very happy with the service I received, and would highly recommend Donaldson to anyone. A few days later, Dave returned to ensure I was satisfied with my system and service, and gave me a lovely gift of thanks. I also really appreciated the text before each employee came to my home, which included a photo of the person coming and their name and info. It’s nice to know who is coming and who to expect at your door. Thanks again folks! Very happy customer.
