Never received the item. Never got any feedback, even though I tried several times to join the Domio team. No refund.... they are MIA. Lost my money, lost my time. Thieves. Loosers. Never again. I'll make sure no one ever buy anything from this weird company.

Cant give zero but i would, i have just sent them the following, because i am so frustrated. Order 14502 I waited and waited, I would have really liked to receive the product, but it never came so eventually I asked for a refund, to my knowledge it has never happened, despite many polite but firm and specific emails from me. so I have just sent this email. Please get someone to action this: Please give me direct telephone contact details for your refund team so I can get my refund sorted, clearly, all other actions have not worked, we are beyond ridiculous now even allowing for staff issues and covid issues. If I don't get this resolved, make this clear to your business owners, I am prepared to spend several thousand euros on Facebook marketing to make sure everyone, that might be considering buying any product or service from your business, will hear and read my story, and I will create a platform for others to list there's. STOP TELLING ME HOW SORRY YOU ARE AND THAT THERE MIGHT BE A DELAY. I ordered on the 27th of Oct 2020 8 months ago.

Ordered mine in december 2020. Still no shipping after 6 months. They asked me to wait due to the covid crisis. Then promised me a refund but I still haven't seen my money back. They hide behind some excuses like "due to the Coronavirus pandemic" but they still offer promotionnal prices on their website just to steal money from more people

If there was any company that was below a zero star I would give it to them. This is the worst company I have ever seen. Worst customer service. Absolut garbage. They said in stock and ready to ship in January 2021. They printed a shipping later two month later just so they could say that it being delivered to the UPSP. still have not received it or a refund 6 month later. No emails or response to emails. This is a scam and don't buy anything from them.

I ordered the procuct on the 3rd of June ( 2/3 days to ship it ) after few weeks I was trying to contact them by email... Almost a week to answer me back .... 1 email offering 5% discount.... I asked how long to shio they said another 10 days .... So I said no.. cancel and they offered another 5% .... Almost a month now and they are ignoring all my emails.......no product, no answer , no cancellation.. no money... This company is a Joke !!!!! I'm so regretted

Extremely inept at fulfilling orders. I still haven't received my order after nearly a month. Terrible support and its only via email. When they do respond to emails, they are vague and provide no transparency on your order. If their service is this bad, I can only assume that the products are equally bad.

Absolute SCAM. Will not refund, will not ship, do your research first - you'll see a lot of warnings out there. Check out Trustpilot and BBB. 3 person company in Canada so there’s nothing you can do, even Shopify as their merchant services will not help whatsoever. Can’t believe this so called Ontario company remains in business. DO NOT BUY.
