Got a samsung 58 inch tv back in april 2020..panel stopped working called samsung for the warranty....took a few days to get them to come to my house....they brought a brand new in the box panel...installed it perfectly free of charge because of the warranty....samsung sends these guys to fix Samsung's warrenty they are fast and efficient they know how to repair TVs very good...u won't be dissatisfied with they're service ...and they call you back to make sure it's working thanks again Hextech...will definitely recommend for future electronic repairs

Questionable service - Inquired about repairing a microwave on April 22, 2020 and was told to bring it in on May 6, 2020 - nearly two weeks from my inquiry date. I asked why the delay and received no response. It's as if they're not interested in our business.

Contacted them for a quote for a repair in a 2yo Samsung TV (change of back light panel). The repair would cost 50 less than a brand new TV of the same model. Not even close to a reasonable price.

Brought them my 55” 4K Curved LED HDTV (Cracked Screen), They got straight to the point and gave me an honest price and an affordable labour charge that I was satisfied with.
