By far and away the best Optometrist that I’ve ever dealt with. Highly recommended! The staff are always professional. Their attention to detail and superb customer service is refreshing. Please talk Bruce Robinson out of retiring. I’m sure going to miss him when that day comes. Who else am I going to share car stories with every visit?

WOW, Awesome team. I called on a Monday morning for glasses that needed repair. They immediately ordered a replacement frame and I sent my glasses to them by priority post. They changed out my frames and had my glasses mailed back to my mailbox by Thursday. 4 days... Double WOW. Dr.'s Robinson, Lukenchuk and their team are amazing. Thank you for caring and the excellent customer service. You guys rock.

Every aspect of my shopping experience was excellent. I purchased eyeglasses and contact lenses. I picked a generic brand lens instead of the Zeiss lens and after wearing them I wished I would have chosen the Zeiss lens. I called them and they said "No problem. We will swap them out". So many places push back when you aren't fully satisfied. I was expecting a fight about this. I was expecting "Final sale" or "Nothing we can do once you buy them". I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing the customer service is here. They also made sure that if I wasn't 100% happy with my contacts brand and power, they would work with me until I had the exact lenses I wanted. Would recommend Tower to everyone!

Dr Lukenchuk is one of the best eye doctors around! He's always keeping his patients best interest in mind! He's also sincere and funny as well! The receptionists here are always friendly and seem to remember you each and every time you come in! Every staff member has seemed to be very friendly! I have never had Dr Robinson but I would believe he is a very very good eye doctor as well :)

I have been thoroughly impressed by these optometrists and their staff. They have a great array of frames and options for contact lenses. When finances have been tight for me, they have tried to help me find the most economical options for my situation; however, eye care is something a person has to invest in - we only have one set of eyes, and we should have the best vision possible of the all beauty that nature offers us.
