I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The Medical Office assistants are amazing and friendly to deal with. I have been very sick the last few months and have felt very unheard by my previous Doctors at other clinics. Dr. El-Mays not only listened but made me feel heard and understood. He was wonderful to deal with and immediately made me feel safe and taken care of. He made sure to leave no stone unturned in order to find out what is causing my illness. I am so grateful for this clinic and their staff. They are true Health Care Professionals and I would recommend Dr. El-Mays to anyone who needs a fantastic and caring doctor.

Giving the office 1 star because a star is required. I've been calling now for a week trying to get through to book an appointment with our family doctor and have not been able to. As of right now I've been on hold for 21 min. Ridiculous! We have to wait for weeks to see our family doctor but they have time to accept walk ins? When you go walk in because you need to see a doctor and your family doctor isn't available they don't take the time to review your file for history and rush you out of there. Horrible customer service by front desk - very rude.

The doctor I saw was extremely rude (Dr. Zaki Sikder) and didn't even try to understand my situation. I felt so rushed. Told me he only has so much time to see patients. So sick of these doctors treating patients like cattle. Go for another profession if you don't know how to talk to people. Unfortunate because the receptionist, didn't get her name (blonde hair with green eyes) was extremely helpful and friendly. Can't imagine working with that scum bag of a doctor. Avoid this place.

I visited the clinic main in Airdre, for mental health help. And the doctor makes me feel like I was a drug addict. I feel so small. I had a hard time explaining what I needed help with. She crossed her hands and look at me .she looks angry. Omg. I cry like a baby. I'm 54 years old hard working woman I have a fulltime job. Then she gives me something to help with my depression I walk out of the office. my eyes were red then I ripe the prescription drug. Since then I have a hard time talking about my experience. I still feel shameful asking for assistance. I am still anxious and anxiety depressed.

0 stars if possible. Dr. El Masse is the most useless “physician” that I have ever came across. You can tell he hates being a family Dr. This Dr. Is condescending, giggles and laughs when you question his judgment and tells you how taxpayers pays for our treatments and test as if you were not part of it. The funny thing is that at the end of everything this looser still did what we thought had to get done! Complaint filled with the board of physicians and surgeons. If you need to go to the walk in clinic and he’s the only doctor or available turn back and go somewhere else! The rest of the clinic does not deserve this bad review only him! The receptionist and the other doctors make you feel comfortable and welcome.
