Although COVID caused shipping delays on online orders worldwide, the staff at DJ Depot did not fail to impress under these unprecedented circumstances. I ordered a Pioneer XDJ RR from them which took a little longer than usual to arrive due to COVID. Without me asking them, the friendly staff at DJ Depot compensated me for the wait. As soon as my order arrived, they took the time out of their day in order to personally drive the order to my house. In addition, they threw in a DJ Depot shirt for free. I have never received such amazing customer service for an online order, and I will definitely be ordering from DJ Depot again!

Lots of quality gear. Great staff that explained the product without \upselling\. I bought powered speakers, stands and cables and was more than happy with the price. They will be my go-to dj shop in the future.
