I too had a great experience with Carlo buying a 2002 Explorer for friends. Vehicle in very good shape. He was transparent about everything, friendly, not pushy. He took care of minor deficiencies without problems. My best experience so far in second-hand car market. Thank you.

EDIT: I wrote my initial review just shy of one month after purchase(Aug 14/20). Two weeks after writing the review(Sept 10/20) Mom had an issue with her A/C (we had purchased their after market warranty at the highest coverage rate so I didn't have to worry about Mom getting work done out in the country). Well the FIRST problem cost her 1500 (warranty covered 25% of the service). I brought this to Rick's attention on Oct 1/20 and was told they would recover the additional expenses, they just needed to talk to the warranty company. Mom's SECOND claim came Nov 24/20 1100 NOT covered by warranty. I have been trying to get this resolved for 4 MONTHS!!! I have dealt with Rick, Johnny, Wayne AND Carlos, the last conversation with Carlos was Jan 7th when he said he would call me back Monday...I guess I should have asked WHICH MONDAY! Mom is now 3000 into a 6500 Vehicle. She's a pensioner living in a rural area of BC and I CAN'T help her with the vehicle and it's BREAKING MY HEART!! SHAME ON YOU for stringing a woman just trying to help her Mom along with a promise of be \Stand up guys\. Definitely would NOT recommend! I was looking for a vehicle for my Mom in somewhat of an emergent situation (her vehicle had died and she lives in a rural area of BC). Needless to say \used car shopping\ in a pandemic was not something I expected would be easy. After being sorely disappointed by a few craigslist sellers and shopping at a half a dozen other dealers in the area I was delighted to find a dealership that still had some decency and family values. Rick was amazing and I was able to get Mom into a vehicle that was safe and comfortable (even though she thought it was a little bougie). This review is being written a month after purchase and all is well with her ew\ ride. If your looking for a team that still cares, I give these guys a thumbs up!

I bought a 2008, Ford Explorer from Carlo clean well kept best used vehicle I've ever purchased, had lower control arm problem, Carlo got it fixed at a great price after purchase. Great service highly recommend.

In early March I bought a 2011 Honda Civic from Discount Motor City. Rick was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the history of the car. It had been sitting for a while and needed a new battery and detailing and all was done when I picked up the car. There was an issue with the A/C that I discovered on the first warm spring day and that was repaired as well. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Rick, Carlo, and Wayne.
