Amazing customer service at Mazda. If you need a vehicle, you should see Chris Fawcett. He was so patient, very knowledgeable and great to just sit and talk with. He was always quick to reply even after hours! He takes the time to find you deals and compares the price on different vehicles you may like so you can make the best informed decision. Many dealerships won't do that! If I buy another vehicle, it will definitely be through Chris!!

The cars are good but, the service is quite a bit less. You have to contact the sales people multiple times to get a reply, and it gets worse after you confirm the deal. They promised a second set of felt mats and then after signing said that wasn't part of the deal. When asked for help with something I was told to check the website. Car was given on an empty tank, I agreed to because at that point I didn't want to wait. I was told my salesman would follow up the day after the sale to follow up on promises and check on but, never got a call or any follow up. I asked about a new grad incentive, no one knew if I was eligible and I was left to figure it out on my own. The car itself I like quite a lot but, the customer service was pretty bad.
Thanks to Meghan and Pierre for the amazing customer service today...... This is now the second time we have dealt with them and they truly know how to treat their customers and offer a level of ***** star service that makes them stand heads and shoulders above the competition!!! I normally do not write reviews on google but this dealership is deserving of one. Craig and Aaron were great. After spending some time at other dealerships I was apprehensive, but as soon as I stepped into Atlantic Mazda all my worries were gone. Craig and Aaron made this an awesome experience. Thanks again!

I purchased a 2017 Volkswagen Passat. Doug was a nice salesman. The finance manager Craig gave me a good deal. The problem is, after 2 days of ownership, I realized the car was not the best fit for me. I dislike the storage compartments, materials used, highway driving feel, etc. Volkswagen did not design the best vehicle. There is lots of vibration and feedback through the steering wheel, pedals, even floor boards. Very uncomfortable experience. Expressed my displeasure with Doug. He said "we can't do anything now as the banks will not allow it". I spoke to CIBC. They stated that they do allow loan cancellation. Told this to Doug. He did not care. Aberdeen Subaru, Re-Car, etc; many other dealerships allow you to take a car back within 7 days or exchange a vehicle within 14 days. Atlantic Mazda clearly is behind the curve when it comes to this business model. Now, I am stuck paying for a vehicle that works as it should (I think) but I am unhappy with and will lose lots of money on if I trade it in. Bottom-line, this is a great dealership if you know exactly what you want to purchase. Heaven forbid you make a mistake or realize you made the wrong decision a day later.
