Recently bought an LG washer and dryer from Siti at the Clearance Centre. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and funny. All the staff we interacted with were super friendly; from the girls at the front desk to the sales staff, the warehouse manager came over to chat, and even the guys hauling items in and out of the warehouse were chatty and friendly. It has a relaxed and easy going environment. The delivery was fast and the guys went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed properly and was exactly how we wanted it. They were friendly, polite and really professional. I couldn't be happier with our experience and the service we got from start to finish! Will definitely buy from the Clearance Centre again! Renovated my old apartment so went here to buy a new set of stack up washer/dryer and also a dish washer too. Our sales person Siti was fabulous, very patient and friendly. Two of the installation guys were awesome too, they were on time and professional. Will definitely come back again in the future if I need more appliances.
Outstanding service from Brian Fong at the Clearance Centre! Today is one week since our new refrigerator was delivered and we are thrilled with it. Since our old fridge died on a Saturday evening, we were so happy to discover that the Clearance Centre is open on Sundays. Brian guided us to the best value and then confirmed the next morning that we could get one of the earliest spots available for emergency delivery. We've decided that a working fridge ranks right up there with having electricity and running water!!! :) Thanks again, Brian!
Great deals and tons of selection. Was able to find a great deal on a fridge, range, and dishwasher. The Sales Expert Richard was extremely knowledgable and was able to get me the best deal possible. Brian Fong was fantastic, he was was extremely helpful and we appreciated his no pressure approach. Our fridge was on the verge of calling it quits so we needed a replacement quickly. Although, the fridge we wanted was out of stock due to the pandemic Brian was able to work his magic and successfully source one out for us. We had our fridge delivered within 3 days and the delivery team was great as well. They arrived in the time frame stated and were very courteous and professional. Overall very happy with the level of service provided.
