Always nice and professional.
I am given 4 stars because the lady at the front desk treated me with respect the yard employee with respect the Deck are amazing you have to back up 14 wide you have to be careful, They were very good. But the corporation at the top could care less about trucker, They have trucker used a out house on the Deck of the ferry. God bless the employee, I couldn't care less about management. Take care.
Barge to island breaks down/gets delayed during normal weather way too often for a company this size. Past few months they have broken down 2-4 times a month. Need new vessels.
I pick up/drop off Island bound vehicles here and they do a GREAT job of organizing and tracking units. They are polite, timely and nice people to deal with !
Yard guys were great, showed me where to unload safely Lady in the office was nice , since I hadn't been before she explained how to leave the vehicles ..very pleasant

Seaspan Ferries Corp. was & is awesome as usual, although I took a hiatus I recently used they're services to & from Vancouver island and they're always professional, helpful, & informative look forward to the next time
