Excellent and fully explained service by the girl.
Would give them 0 star!! I paid 45 for shipping from ON but after 11 days I've not received my parcel. It was deliveried to Delta, BC from last friday, and still there for a week. I tried to contact FedEx customer service, but the lady did not help me anything with my parcel. She told me to pick it up at the nearest Canada Post?? Then I asked when it would reach me, and how do I know it's here to pick up be, she had no ideas???? What's the point of calling fedEx? It's impossible to paying that amount to wait such a long time!!!
I was very satisfied with their service very helpful and made my experience in moving my belongings to ontario
Really good customer service. They explained that I did not have all the necessary documentation for it to be sent out and helped me find what I needed for it to be sent out.
