First experience with purchasing a bike from south shore cycles, and it was a great one! They were able to install a few additional components I wanted same day! Now I've been going to Rob (Bike Fitter) for most of 2020 with two bikes... that just did not seem to work with my body measurements. Low and behold Rob set me up with the BEST fitting bike I've ever had! I can't thank Rob and the South Shore Cycle team for the awesome service! looking forward to doing more business with you guys!

I bought my bike from two different places. First one was from official trek retailer. The size was too big for me but they didn’t have one size smaller. So I returned it. I found this bike shop had my size. I bought it. After coming back home, I changed my mind to have carbon fiber frame one rather than the one I bought. I checked my receipt and there was written they would not make any return. No exception. The guy who sold this bike to me NEVER mentioned anything about No Return Policy. I could asked about to the manager today if I can change this bike to another bike. He told me he can help me to buy that carbon fiber frame bike but there is nothing they can do about the bike I bought 2days ago, that bike is on me. In the end, he gave me a brilliant tip. “You can sell the bike somewhere like ‘Craigslist’” So, I guess He wishes I sell this bike from craiglist and come back to the shop and pay few thousand dollars more :) So my very expensive tips for you guys : In case, You can get refund from official retailers BUT NOT FROM THIS STORE Oh you are saying you made everything from my needs. Half true and not. Bike was already built. You just installed the kick stand and bottle holder. Well. I didn’t tell this but there was even a scratch on the bike saddle part. More important information to other customers is OFFICIAL RETAILERS DID EXACT SAME TO ME, EVEN MORE. Built the bike, installed kick stand, bottle holder and even fenders. However, they took return. SO WHY DO PEOPLE HAVE TO USE YOUR SHOP? No reason to use this store. Official retailers doing way much better than you guys. Great your health policy.

I have been very happy with the service and products! Issac (sp?) and Dustin have taken time to answer my questions and explain the work that they have done on the bike which has helped me learn a lot. They even helped me through a crash replacement. Looking forward to purchasing my next bike from here as well

Great service and a big shout out to Mike and the sales staff who helped me out to secure my 2021 Trek EX fuel 5. I went around town asking if this bike was available, only to be told that it’s not coming till 2021! Appreciate the help!
