He took the time to help us figure out what equipment would suit our needs and was super knowledgeable about the products. A Totally impressed with service provided by Kevin (25 years with Spartan, wow). First time for service on our Bodyguard home equipment pre 2000 treadmill and 2002 recumbent bike.... things that you do not see under the mat :-O... very reasonable price and exceptional staff all around
Great equipment, limited selection.
Was looking for parts for my elliptical that I bought there. No response for weeks. Once someone responded and took my information, I haven't heard from them again (4 months). I have emailed several times and received no response. Very disappointed in the customer service.
I searched for a Waterrower specifically. Not a knock off. Found it. Love it. Thank you Rob.
