Great customer service and product selection. The service rep asked me lots of questions about how I was going to use my new running shoes. Weather conditions, pavement or off-path tracks. Then asked me about my ankles and if I’d ever had any injuries. Then showed me both new and on sale models. Measured my foot and brought me 3 different pairs of shoes based on my answers. Laced up all the shoes and got me to try them all on. Thank you for taking great care of my feet. As usual.

I picked up some work shoes here at a great discount. I can't recommend going here enough, you're much better off than any of the general shoe stores around HRM. These guys know what they're talking about!

We popped in to check out the shoes and sneakers as I had heard this location carries a great selection. There are so many amazing sandals, shoes, sneakers, boots and more to peruse here! I ended up purchasing two pairs of shoes - Dansko and Brooks sneakers. A helpful staff member got me to try stuff on and to walk in them so they could assess my walk in those shoes. I am so pleased and will be back to shop here frequently in the future. Finding great quality shoes and service is so important!

Although I got the product I wanted, I was initially met by a very rude staff person who continued her tirade after I went to other staff for help.The rest of the staff did act professionally, however. I emailed the owner/manager on 3 occasions with my complaint and have yet to receive an explanation.

I've been buying my shoes there for the last 4 years and recommended it to many of my friends. Sure it can be pricey, but your feet will feel better than they have for ages. You might be lucky and the exact pair you want is on sale, so check every couple months!
