At first it looked like they would not be able to bring the bed we needed at time agreed, but they managed to work it out. Helpful personable delivery guy who knew what he was doing. They were prompt when it came to removing the equipment too.

This company really came through me. My 100 year old father's lift chair broke and I was able to rent an excellent quality lift chair and have it delivered very quickly. This was not just a mobility issue for my father, but also a health issue, as his legs need to be elevated to prevent fluid build up around his heart. In particular, Flavia was so helpful and she understood the urgency and helped to resolve this stressful situation very quickly.

The bearings of a wheel on my wife's wheelchair broke. I looked at several stores and other repair places. SelfCare staff spent time looking for a replacement wheel. When they couldn't find wone, they then realized they might have a replacement part for my wheel. After another search they found the right part and installed it. They were incredibly kind and helpful.

Super friendly, personable delivery from James. Well within the time frame quoted for delivery. Easy instructions on the hospital bed and table. James was very careful with furniture and floors in the room. I must also mention the helpful, friendly customer service on the phone from both the Port Coquitlam and Vancouver stores to organize the delivery even though there was confusion about which location to deliver from, but it was all sorted and delivered quickly.

We found SelfCare - the rental price is reasonable for something that will assist in my recovery and the customer service has been outstanding! Flavia was able to accommodate my request for a lift chair in a size they didn’t have at her location and it was delivered the next day. She helped me choose the right chair by communicating with me via text photos since I couldn’t get into the store. Delivery was on time, courteous and professional, I really appreciate the service!
