Amazing New Year thanks to Cruise Canada! My group and I rented 3 RVs: two truck campers and the big rig. RVs were clean, convenient, and easy to handle. However, the best part of the rental experience was the wonderful customer service provided to us by the Asian lady (unfortunately, I did not retain her name). She made the check-in process very simple explaining every detail and answering any questions. Check-out process was just as pleasant, even though a member of our group was running late which forced her to go home a bit later than she wanted to. Overall, she made the check-in/check-out experience extremely pleasant, so I will not hesitate to rent from Cruise Canada/America again! Other rental agencies (not just RV, but car rentals) can definitely learn a thing or two from this locations with regards to outstanding customer service. Keep up the great work! Thank you.
We had a good experience renting RV from Cruise Canada. Its affordable and staff are very helpful during the orientation, answered all our questions. WE rented during the pandemic. RV was sanitized. We rented the smallest RV for couple of nights. Its a fun experience. Next time will try the Class A.
During this Convid time, we thank you the staffs who are working at the site, continue to provide us with great services. The RVs(rented twice this summer) are not so well maintained but appropriate discounts are given to compensate the issues we had to encounter on the road. Overall experience has been positive.
It’s a huge company with a solid structure. I received a video once booked that explained everything about the RV. It was my first time driving that and I had no problems. I did a large research and their price is the best. Their customer service is excellent. No extra charges for anything. Easy going staff. I definitely will rent again and extremely recommend for all family groups.
