I just visited this company for the first time! Absolutely can't put in to words how happy I am. Walking in to a clean, organized, and we'll maintained store front was definitely one of the biggest benefits. I was then greeted with a smile and served with professionalism. The selection of goods is astounding and the trade in value for my goods is above fair! Check this store out whenever your in need I know I'll be back
Crown point feels like a new store and speaking to the owner confirmed the notion. I mention this observation due to the sparse amount of inventory in the store. It seems as though there's more of a focus on current gen consoles and that's a bit disappointing. On the plus side I found the store extremely clean, it's games are priced fairly dare I say cheaply, and the customer service warm and sincere. This is the kind of business hamiltonians need to support. I'll be sure to frequent this store in the future and have already recommended it friends in the area.
Great shop! Picked up some stellar original N64 controllers and a mint copy of one of my favourite games, Dr Mario 64! Really fair pricing on the vintage stuff. Not the type of place to gouge you and super friendly.
Amazing customer service Great selection very clean. We went In looking for a game they were sold out of it they ordered it and it came the next day I recommend this store over any other game store in the city. Keep up the great work
Clean and well stocked store with great, knowledgeable customer service. Mark and his staff will go out of their way to make sure you get the game/item you need. The store regularly hosts game tournaments too!
We need more places like crown point games. The owner is a great guy. The selection is great and If you haven’t made the trip then I definitely recommend giving this place a visit.
