I just had an awning installed on my 3rd floor deck. It was a hard installation due to the height and the configuration of the existing deck walls. I was leaving the country in a few days so it was imperative the installation was completed on that day. It was much harder than expected to get it hoisted and once up some of the existing deck boards had to be cut to fit which they did for me. Bart and his exceptional team worked until 9:30 PM even after it was dark to complete the job. I cannot express the hard work and exceptional customer service I received. Other businesses should take note.

We purchased Craft-Bilt windows and doors (stacking) for our 3 season room. Craft-Bilt was prompt, always keep us informed, and delivered on time. The quality of the products are great and installed easily. Being able to open them so much it a great advantage. They really made the sunroom spectacular.

We have ordered balcony glass railing from Craft-Built and installed it just recently. All arrived promptly and in compact packaging that was easy to store in the garage until installation day. We didn't order installation from Craft-Built as I am handy and was planning to install myself using instructions provided. Our balcony is 10 feet and railing had middle post and two large frosted glass pieces, when i opened I was not sure how to handle it as I didn't have much help available, but instructions were pretty clear and I only asked my wife to monitor and support the glass when it was time to install it, otherwise all was doable. Craft-Built materials are of an exceptional quality and very beautiful. We had 4 neighbors complimenting us for a beautiful balcony the day the railing was installed. I am planning to look into staircase railing change now as I am very happy with balcony job results! Highly recommend Craft-Built
