We have dealt with this company for many years, bought our first hot tub from them, had them service it with really good customer service, plus I would always recommend them to family and friends. Until recently we ordered a new hot tub cover and was quoted x amount of dollars which was fine, at the time they said they would deliver once it came in and remove the old one, never mentioned about any charges. Well they called and said it was in so come in and pay for it and then they will deliver, surprisingly they they tacked a 100 delivery charge which was not indicated in the first call to order.

This company was amazing, we were a bit late this year with finding a company to replace our pool liner and knew we would be without our pool for most of the summer. But Naborhood Pool and spa were amazing and had our skimmer bucket and liner replaced within weeks of contacting them! I was shocked and extremely pleased with everyone we dealt with from start to finish. The quote was done within 24 hours of contacting them and the final bill was less than any other quote we received. We even had a new skimmer bucket installed and I am still more than pleased with the final total as well as all the work that was performed. I highly recommend this company, thank you Naborhood pool & spa for giving us a beautiful new liner at a very reasonable price and installed faster than I could've ever thought at this time of year.
Extremely professional service !!! Dwayne took the time to explain all the fine details to both my wife and myself making our buying decision informed and easy. Owning a pool now for over 25 years gives you some insight to the local retailers in London. I can say without hesitation Naborhood Pool & Spa is in a class all their own! We gave others the opportunity for our replacement liner and new safety cover, both times there was only one choice!! Do yourself a favor give Dwayne a call you will be glad you did.
The Naborhood Team has helped me so much with my spa and pool. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and they always go above and beyond to make the customer happy. There is nowhere else we would go for our pool and spa needs :)
Staff is knowledgeable and happy to help. Had issues with pool pump that I bought here but got it all sorted no problem.
