Covenant House provides three core services designed to provide each young person with a continuum of care or "one-stop shop"​ approach to leaving the streets: Community Support Services (CSS) which provides outreach, a drop-in program and housing support. 63 bed Crisis Program with female and male only spaces. Rights of Passage (ROP) a transitional living program. These core services are supported by several in-house programs including: mental health counselling and access to psychiatrists, housing workers, drug & alcohol counselling and pastoral counselling.
